An Examination of E-Reader Devices and Their Implications within an Academic Health Science Library

This article details an academic medical library's examination of the practicality of e-readers as a means of leveraging electronic resources within a classroom. In a comparison of the more popular available e-readers, the authors identify some of the technical and legal considerations affecting the prospect of making a required textbook available to students via an e-reader device.
