Evaluation of the Tertiary Industry Competitiveness of “Silk Road” Economic Belt Based on Information Entropy and AHP

A57 (analytic hierarchy process) is an important decision analysis method which is widely used in reality. The effect of AHP decision analysis depends on the reliability of the expert experience, so the selection of experts has a significant impact on the AHP analysis results. When using the AHP method for the decision analysis, the subjectivity of the expert experience will influence the AHP method failure or low accuracy of analysis results. Therefore, mining information from objective data gradually becomes an important means of decision analysis. In this paper, the traditional AHP method is improved, and a method is proposed to combine the information entropy and AHP to make decision analysis. The information is extracted from the objective data for AHP decision analysis, and the method is applied to the “Silk Road” economic belt of the tertiary industry competitiveness analysis. The experiment shows that the results obtained by this method are basically consistent with the actual situation.
