Theory system of working face support system and hydraulic roof support technology

The support of working face is a prerequisite for efficient and safe mining.Hydraulic roof support is the core of longwall mining system.The author and his team have specialized in the research and practice of working face support and technology theory of hydraulic roof support for 30 years.The framework of technical theory system of working face support and the hydraulic roof support was established,and the coupling principle of hydraulic roof support and the surrounding rock was also presented.A coupling model of hydraulic roof support and surrounding rock was built and rules of the strength coupling,stiffness coupling and stability coupling of the hydraulic roof support and the surrounding rock were also analyzed.The reasonable working resistance and the critical side protection force of hydraulic roof support and the stability control strategy of the support system were also presented.The theory and method of three-dimensional dynamic optimization design of hydraulic roof support was proposed.By the transfer and decomposition of changes of surrounding rock subsidence,fracture force,torque and boundary conditions to concrete support structures through support skeleton model and the dynamic simulation of mechanical characteristics of support and surrounding rock coupling by means of 3Ddesign platform,the support structure parameters with the optimalsupporting effect for surrounding rock was optimized.Series type spectrum for hydraulic roof support and synergetic control method of hydraulic roof support group of the support system of longwall face were proposed.The synergetic control of supporting system group was divided into adaptive rock control and queue maintaining propulsion control to realize the synchronous coordinated control of group system.A technical standard system of the supporting equipment for longwall face was set up.
