Yale user''s guide: a SILT-based layout editor

YALE is a layout editor which runs on SUN workstations, and deals with cells expressed in the SILT language. It provides graphical hooks into many features describable in SILT. YALE runs under the V kernel, and makes use of a window manager than provides a multiple viewpoint capability.
