Leadership is an essential element in the education for Gifted-in-Science(GIS) to lead invention or discovery in the 21st century, that needs inter-studying and co-study. But in the current curriculum for educating GIS, there is no room to educate for developing only leadership. And Leadership is developed not only in personal situation but also at the recognition of problems in life and activity. The purpose of this study is to build the scheme of the teaching and learning program for leadership development in the education for GIS and the teaching strategies for science-gifted leadership development. Teaching strategies for science-gifted leadership development are as follows: 1. Show the activities encouraging reflective thinking. 2. Make them perceive that group activity is more useful than alone activity. 3. Organize the classes with useful and meaningful contents to students and instruction methods that students are like. 4. Learning must be accomplished through good model.
