Radio bearing configuration method in mobile communication system

The invention is used for saving air-interface resources. The method comprises: when terminal works at PCH state of connection mode and user initiates a new service, a pseudo combined service configuration approach is used to only allocate air-interface bandwidth for the new service but not allocate air-interface bandwidth for original service, and meantime configuring the measurement control; if the original service has no data to be transmitted, then the user's terminal state and channel parameters keep unchanged; if original service has data to be transmitted, the radio network controller initiates a reconfiguration process for the radio bearer in order to allocate air-interface resources to the original service.
