Small intestinal absorption and tolerance of enteral nutrition in acute colitis.

Dans 7 cas de colite ulcerative totale severe et 2 de colite de Crohn, une alimentation enterale par sonde nasogastrique administree pendant 6 j amene une amelioration significative: reduction du poids et de la frequence des selles, de l'anorexie, du tenesme, de la douleur, de la vitesse de sedimentation, de la perte de poids
