The invention discloses a phase adjusting device and demodulating device for an MEMS gyroscope digital circuit, and relates to the technical field of MEMS gyroscopes. The phase adjusting device comprises a shift register chain and a first band-pass filter, a signal of a phase to be adjusted is connected with the input end of the shift register chain, the shift register chain is used for conducting rough phase adjusting on the input signal, the output end of the shift register chain is connected with the input end of the first band-pass filter, and the first band-pass filter is used for shifting a central frequency point of the first band-pass filter leftwards or rightwards by changing parameters of the band-pass filter and conducting fine phase adjusting on the detected signal subjected to rough phase adjusting on the condition that the bandwidth is not changed. The phase adjusting device is easy to achieve, wide in phase adjusting range, high in precision, good in linearity and capable of precisely achieving phase adjusting on the digital signal.
