Multitarget multisensor tracking and identity data fusion: application to a air-land battlefield command, control and communication system

Data fusion requirements for an air-land battlefield command control and communication (C3) system provide a tactical application that concerns both threat assessment and fire control. In this paper, dedicated multitarget multisource data fusion techniques are proposed, taking into account system constraints. Corresponding tracking and identity fusion algorithms are first precisely described, and then evaluated, thanks to an engineering simulator of surveillance C3 system.<<ETX>>
