Method and system for testing brake pressure without dismantling rail transit brake system

The invention discloses a method and a system for testing the brake pressure without dismantling a rail transit brake system. In the test method, a test point is selected at brake shoes of a brake clamp, the positive pressure value on a brake disc acted by the brake shoes is directly measured, and the pressure value can be directly used for evaluating the performance of the brake system. The testsystem comprises a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module and a display module, wherein the signal acquisition module is arranged on the brake clamp instead of one brake shoe and used for acquiring a piston thrust signal of the brake clamp. Compared with the conventional detection method, the invention has reliability and availability, small preparation workload before detection, easier and more convenient detection as well as higher efficiency. The brake system is not separated from a rail in the test process so that the influence of retesting on a test result is avoided and the accuracy of the test result is further improved.
