High Precision-standard Temperature Regulator

The paper presents a high precision -standard temperature regulator based on a series of microcontroller ARM7LPC21XX,and the air temperature within the regulator is the control object.So the temperature regulator is regarded as criterion of temperature calibration for instrument of temperature - measure; It is the source of heat to make use of resistance furnace and the P_t100 is the temperature sensor.Because of nonlinear error of the system we can apply the software and hardware to amend and compensate for it, consequendy the precise of generant temperature and control that ranged from 0℃to 200℃come up to±0.1℃and±0.5℃ respectively.
