Ultrasound biomicroscopy of zonular anatomy in clinically unilateral exfoliation syndrome

Purpose:  To evaluate the ability of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) to detect abnormalities in the zonular apparatus in unaffected eyes of patients with clinically unilateral exfoliation syndrome (XFS) using a standardized grading system.
