품질변동해석을 통한 엔진룸 다이나믹 클리어런스 최적화

This paper presents how to optimize engine room dynamic clearance. Current issue of engine room dynamic clearance is on the inaccuracy of the specification. The specification of dynamic clearance is set considering the maximum margin of part deformation and variation. The range of dynamic clearance specification is optimized by integrated variation analysis result. For realizing and verifying this method, commercial soft ware 3DCS is used for constructing variation simulation model with tolerance and assembly process.
