The realities,mechanism and propagation of the environmental vibration induced by No.1 route of a subway are studied with in situ experimental method.The analysis results suggest that ground surface vibration transportation is controlled by the horizontal distance from tunnel central line and amplified at a certain distance away from tunnel centre,and the dominant frequencies of ground vibration contribute to a certain band.Buildings that are located in that area and whose resonance frequency drops into that frequency band will be greatly influenced by the underground traininduced vibration.Moreover,the evaluation of the observed dataset is provided,which is helpful for evaluation of environmental vibration induced by urban subway transit and city planning and designing.
