Evaluation of Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst recovery efficiencies from various filtration cartridges by electrochemiluminescence assays

Aims:  To evaluate four types of filtration cartridges for their capacities, efficiency for capture and release of Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts for detection.
