Dynamic interference coordination method and base station

The invention provides a dynamic interruption coordination method applied in an upstream frequency division multiplexing (FDMA) cellular communication system and a base station which adopts the method. Firstly, the base station executes the interruption coordination and the frequency spectrum resource is divided into frequency spectrum resource block subsets and the permissions of user equipment for using the subsets are determined; then in the operation of system, the base station judges the load state of boundary user equipment, and then an interruption over-load indication method based on band is utilized for carrying out a dynamic adjustment of the interruption coordination according to the resource constriction features and/or expanding features of the boundary user equipment; moreover, the interruption overload indication based on band is carried out between base stations. The resource constriction features and/or expanding features of the boundary user equipment can be preset or be set by the base station. The invention has the advantages that the interruption coordination dynamically adapts to the distribution of boundary user equipments, the required signaling costs less, the control is flexible and the like.
