Test Bed Demonstration Using MRLife/Definition of State Space for Regional Consortium

Abstract : Progress report on the implementation of a test bed based on MRLife prediction code. This demonstration will be extended to a Navy consortium within a state space for regional collaboration, whose progress is described.
