Category Splices and Modeling with Their Help Chemical Systems and Biomolecules

For algebraic biology, the main task of which is to predict the properties of organisms from the genome using rigorous algebraic methods, in particular, the properties of intelligence, which can be modeled by conventional and strong artificial intelligence (AI), new categorical methods used in categorical systems theory have been proposed. These methods are based on the theory of categorical splices, with the help of which the behavior of quantum mechanical particles is modeled, in particular, within the framework of the proposed representation of molecules, including biomolecules RNA and DNA, as categorical systems. Thus, new algebraic and categorical methods (associative algebras with identities, PROP, categorical splices) are involved in the analysis of the genome. The listed results are new and original.
