Research about cutting parameters of the woodwork numerical control processing based on Taguchi method

It is difficult to assess and monitor the quality in the woodwork numerical control processing.Taguchi method can be adopted for the parameters optimization to monitor the quality of woodworks.Using Taguchi method to optimize the operation about the depth of cut,the spindle speed and the feed rate.Then the optimal cutting parameters can be drawn after analysis.The application of Taguchi method in woodwork numerical control processing has been validated by using a confirmation experiment.
