ADRC of Displacement Delayed Feedback System for the Rolling Mill Main Drive System

In this paper, a mathematical model of displacement delayed feedback system in the rolling mill main drive system is derived, local stability of system and existence of Hopf bifurcation are analyzed, simultaneously, delay threshold is obtained, and displacement delayed feedback system in the rolling mill main drive system is designed by ADRC technique, which aims at resolving shortcoming of traditional rolling mill main drive system ignores delay. The simulation results show that effectiveness and superiority of ADRC applied to displacement delayed feedback system in the rolling mill main drive system by comparing with traditional PID control.
