Remote Access to Digital Resources of University Library Based on VPN

This apple raises solution to the problems of digital copyright and network security-load balance via remote access to digital resources of university library in view of VPN technology.Based on the introduction of VPN,the paper explicates how our university users realize the remote access to digital resources with Huadun VPN.
