A broad-band 3-dB in-phase divider for millimeter-wave lengths

In this paper, the authors present a waveguide based microstrip line integrated 3-dB divider, with two face-to-face microstrip line probes inserted symmetrically in waveguide at one side, and a broad-band low loss in-phase power dividing property is obtained. This compact high performance 3dB power divider could be used in millimeter-wave integrated circuits for broad-band high efficiency power dividing/combining.
