Customers fuzzy clustering method based on customer's preference

In the E-commerce environment, it is one of the hot research fields that how cluster the customers in terms of the customer's purchasing interest and provide personalized service for customer.Using preference to measure the customer's interest is presented and the method of the customers clustering is proposed based on customer preference.In the algorithm, the customer preference is calculated firstly according to the web log data and establishes a preference matrix, then fuzzy clustering method is used to cluster.An example is given to describe the clustering process.
