Experience of Commissioning Run of a Poplar PRC-APMP Line

The design characteristic and the commissioning run of a poplar PRC-APMP production line with 180t/d capacity, which provides the pulp as furnish for the art paper production, are introduced. The factors affecting the furnish property such as pulping chemicals optimization, NaOH pretreatment and brightness fluctuation of the pulp are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are presented. Meanwhile the effect of the application of the poplar PRC-APMP as the furnish on the runnability of the base paper is also discussed.
