An Evaluation of Multi-GNSS Receiver’s Interoperability

Recently, as a part of multi-GNSS performance test, evaluation of interoperability becomes an challenge in receiver test field. And there is not a standard or a criterion yet. The paper focused on the assessment of Multi-GNSS Receiver’s Interoperability. At first, the article analyzed theory of interoperability evaluation, which combined knowledge of statics and rough set., the analysis includes selection method of condition attribute, configuration of test conditions and interoperability evaluation method. After that, we introduced the hardware environment on which evaluation codes operated. At last, taking a multi-GNSS receiver for example, we analyzed interoperability. Moreover, evaluation results are different according to different condition attributes. Experiment records indicate that our interoperability evaluation method is valid, and it can provide different results in response to different service types. In general, our evaluation method could be used in verification of future interoperable receiver. Meanwhile, assessment result could be a guide for optimization of multi-GNSS receiver.
