Energy-saving Driver Circuit of High-speed Solenoid Valve Based on Soft-switch Technology

This paper aims at the problem of the switching losses and switching noise exists in the PWM energy saving driver circuit of high-speed switch solenoid valve, and the problem of solenoid valve core tremor, putting forward that using a soft switch to constitute a driving control scheme of high-speed solenoid valve. Using the simulation technology to study the soft-switching circuit parameters and characteristics on the basis of the analysis to power switching device loss of high-speed switching value PWM energy-saving drive circuit, and designing a soft-switching PWM energy-saving driver circuit controlled by MCU. The experimental results show that using soft - switching technology in high speed solenoid valve driver circuit can reduce greatly switching devices losses and switching noise, and the energy-saving effect has been further improved.
