Computed optical interferometric tomography for high-speed volumetric cellular imaging

We demonstrate the combination of interferometric synthetic aperture microscopy (ISAM), computational adaptive optics (CAO) and coherence tomography microscopy (OCM) provides a high-speed volumetric cellular imaging.
