Ergonomic guidance for virtual reality content creation

Virtual reality (VR) content aims to elicit a “sense of presence”, defined as quality of immersive experience. In this paper, the authors suggest six pieces of guidance to follow to create and improve this sense of presence in VR from an ergonomic viewpoint.
