A 10-bit monolithic tracking A/D converter

A monolithic tracking analog-to-digital converter operating at 1.5MHz clock rate will be described, The device uses bipolar process for both linear and digital functions. Ten-bit accuracy is achieved without the need for post diffusion trimming.
