A new ray tracing acceleration technique in the simulation system of electromagnetic situation

This paper presents three related ray tracing acceleration techniques for the simulation system of electromagnetic situation according to the character of the terrain models, which respectively focus on the slope, the direction vector and the z coordinate component of the rays. The calculating speed of the acceleration technique is hundreds of times than the speed of traditional method. And it has proved that the technique has no effect on the accuracy of the simulation system.
