Characterization of reconstituted mica paper capacitors used in high voltage power electronics applications

The purpose of this paper is to describe the characteristics of reconstituted mica paper capacitors that are designed and manufactured for use in high voltage power electronics applications. The applications, design and construction, electrical, environmental, and physical characteristics and reliability of this type of capacitor are described by the author.
