Comments on the Paper by A. W. Wymore

The paper presents a systematic approach to designing complex systems. The system concept is taken from the general system theory. The stress is put on operations of combining given systems into complexes which again are systems. The problem of designing is formulated as the problem of constructing in this manner systems enjoying expected properties. All developed concepts can be used to formulate also other modelling problems.
