A STUDY ON THE CHANGE SYSTEM OF URBAN SYNTHETIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT SYSTEM

The paper made the proposal for establishing a synthetic passenger transport system to cope with traffic problems in Chinese cities by summarizing the principal contradictions of urban transport, and simply introduced its optimization objectives and elemental factors. The paper also advanced some planning measures, an index system of assessment and the method of determining indices of its change system.
