The invention discloses a numerical control wire bending machine which comprises a machine frame, wherein an alignment mechanism, a wire delivery mechanism, a machine head rotating mechanism, a machine head, a cutting mechanism, moulds, a mould autorotation mechanism, a mould conversion mechanism and a control unit are arranged on the machine frame. The mould conversion mechanism comprises a mould exchange rotating shaft which is arranged on the machine head in a rotating way, the mould autorotation mechanism is arranged on the mould exchange rotating shaft and comprises a transmission case which is fixed on the mould exchange rotating shaft, at least two mould shafts are longitudinally connected on the transmission case in a sliding way, the top ends of the mould shafts are provided with the moulds, the bottom ends of the mould shafts are movably connected with a cam arranged on the machine head in a contact way, and the mould exchange rotating shaft is connected with a rotation driving mechanism. The mould exchange rotating shaft is parallel to the mould shafts, the cam jacks up the mould shafts longitudinally at the wire bending working positions of the moulds, and the rotation driving mechanism is connected with the control unit. The technical scheme adopts the cam to push the mould shafts so as to achieve the aim of lifting the moulds, so that the original oil cylinder for lifting the moulds can be omitted, the manufacturing cost is lowered, and the structure is simpler and more reasonable.
