Theoretical and experimental study on the active support for thin mirror

The model of the active support is established. The related deforming theories and methods of controlling are described. The experiment of active system of 31 units, Φ300mm demonstrates the validation of the control algorithm. The whole system has the convergence efficiency of 96% of the surface.
