AKUTNI ABDOMEN DVA DANA NAKON RODNIČKOG POROĐAJA POSLIJE PRETHODNOGA CARSKOG REZA

Sindrom akutnog abdomena (AA) u opstetriciji nastaje zbog upale, krvarenja i ishemije/opstrukcije kao etioloških entiteta. Mada su rijetka hitna stanja AA u trudnoći, porođaju i babinju, prema raznim istraživačima imaju visok udjel u perinatalnom pobolu i pomoru. Upalnu etiopatogenezu u pozadini ima peritonitis koji može biti lokalni (fokalni) u smislu pelveoperitonitisa, i difuzni, s izraženim znacima AA, koji se progresivno mogu razviti u sliku ileusa, septičnoga stanja i multiorganskoga zatajenja.
