Modélisation et optimisation d'un sous-système de suspension automobile.

In the present automobile industry, optimizing vehicle suspension suppliers in terms of comfort and active safety has a major role. To find new solutions, many equipment manufacturers have decided to define their products taking into account this environment. The aim of this study is to identify the influence of rubber insulator, situated between the spring and the up cup, on performances of the vehicle's suspension. We are, in particular, mostly interested in the static (friction and drift) and dynamic behaviour (vibratory comfort and inter-spire distance) of the system {spring, insulator, cup, strut bearing}. Results of this study prove how much this influence is important in the system design. Mots-clefs : vibratoire, ligne d’action, caoutchouc
