Frequency Spectrum Characteristic Analysis of Single-Phase Grounding Fault in Railway Continuous Power Line

The electrical structure and features of distribution system for railway passenger dedicated line are presented.By means of combining theoretical derivation with simulation modeling, the transient process and frequency spectrum distribution of fault component are analyzed after the single-phase grounding fault occurred in distribution line for passenger dedicated line, the feature band of transient component is delimited and the influences of the proportion of cable length in whole line length, transition resistance, initial phase-angle of the fault and load number on feature band are researched.Simulation results show that it is reasonable to delimit the characteristic frequency band of fault component within the range from 200Hz to 3000Hz after the single-phase grounding fault occurred;the proportion of cable length to whole line length, transition resistance and initial phase-angle of the fault influence the characteristic frequency band obviously, while the influences of fault distance and load on characteristic frequency band is not so evident.
