An electro-magnetic detecting system to prevent ladle slag carry over

Electro-magnetic ladle slag carry over detecting system consists of a sensor outside the ladle nozzle , a micro-processor unit , an industrial computer and cables connecting the above three units with control panel . It can measure the slag amount through the ladle nozzle accurately,so with a set alarm system and ladle gate sliding system it helps to control ladle slag carried over to tundish and then to improve the cleanliness of steel slabs and blooms and to enhance the yield of liquid steel.
