A comparison of three self-resonant PWM forward converter

This paper presents a comparison of efficiency between three self-resonant PWM forward power converters. These structures are the association of the dissipative two transistor PWM forward converter with a nondissipative cell in three distinct ways. The complete operating principle, relevant equations, simulation, experimental results and efficiency of the three structures are presented.
