System for supporting generation of operating task processes for computer system

In order to generate, in a relatively short time, operating tasks processes to be used in a computer system to be managed, this second management computer (i.e., a management server) acquires all or some of a plurality of task components from a first management computer (i.e., a content management server), generates operating task processes on the basis of the acquired plurality of task components, and executes operating tasks for the computer system according to the generated operating task processes. The second management computer manages the execution results of the operating task processes, and supplies the execution results to the first management computer. The first management computer acquires configuration information and the execution results of the operating task processes from the second management computer, retrieves task component candidates on the basis of a request from the second management computer, presents the task component candidates to the second management computer, and provides selected task components to the second computer.
