The invention discloses a processing method of a control signaling in coordinated multipoint transmission, comprising the following steps of: configuring indication information for indicating the current transmission mode in a downstream control signaling by an access node according to the current transmission mode of a user; and transmitting the downstream control signaling carrying the indication information to user equipment (UE) by the access node. The invention also discloses a processing system of the control signaling in the coordinated multipoint transmission so that the UE can identify the current transmission mode according to the indication information and further carry out data receiving on the basis.
