타겟형 스포츠 선수의 자기조절능력과 스포츠 집중력 및 인지된 경기력 간의 관계

The purpose of this study is to help out with coaching fit for characteristics of events by analyzing the relations among self-regulation ability, sports concentration and perceived athletic performance of target sports players. A survey was carried out 300 players of shooting, archery and curling, and the data of a total of 292 players were used for a final analysis. A frequency analysis, a confirmative f actor analysis, a reliability analysis, a correlation analysis and a standard multiple regression analysis were carried out on the collected using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs, and the results were as follows: First, target sports players" self-regulation ability significantly affected sports concentration. Second, target sports players" self-regulation ability significantly affected perceived athletic performance. Third, target sports players" confidence among sports concentration significantly affect perceived athletic performance.
