공동주택사업의 사후평가제도 사례 연구

From July 2000, all public construction projects that exceed 50 billion won in budget are required to perform post evaluation within three-to-five years of their completion and report its result to Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs. To figure out problems of the projects and to proposes recommendations, the paper surveyed the post evaluation reports of three apartment housing projects, and compared them with estimations to analyze the resultant post-built deviations from initially estimated values, in terms of cost and schedule. As a result, it was revealed that there had been significant cost overruns and delays in schedule. The paper also addresses the revealed issues by proposing a frame of their analysis and possible usage of them.
