The invention discloses a tri-roller reciprocating type skew rolling technique of seamless pipes. A perforating process and a rolling process in hot rolling production of the seamless pipes are integrated on a frame, a rolling system is used together with a center-mandrel-ejector rod system, and a perforating and rolling reciprocating type continuous rolling process of pierced billets is realized; both perforating and rolling adopt a skew rolling method, and the seamless pipes can be reciprocatingly perforated and rolled in one equipment. The tri-roller reciprocating type skew rolling technique includes taking barstock out of a heating furnace, and feeding the barstock into an inlet of a perforating and rolling machine through previous equipment; perforating the barstock by the perforating and rolling machine to obtain hollow billets; reversely feeding the hollow billets to a head platform of a reciprocating type perforating and rolling machine for preserving temperature; rolling in deformation to obtain the pierced billets by adjusting pressure and geometric rolling angles; directly sending the rolled pierced billets to a sizing and reducing machine for the next procedure. By the tri-roller reciprocating type skew rolling technique, production process is shortened, production cost is reduced, production space occupation is reduced, and energy waste caused by secondary heating is avoided.
