A New Sesquiterpenoid from a Fusarium Spp. an Endophytic Fungus in Agriminia pilosa

A new drimane sesquiterpenoid, named agripilolactone (1), and three known ergostane-type sterols (2-4) were obtained from the mycelium of an endophytic Fusarium species fungus isolated from the stems of Agriminia pilosa. The structure of 1 was established by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR techniques.
