Aiming at the dynamic control cell structure, the hierarchial combination and paratactic structure were extended, and the extended system’s control characteristic was cited, accordlingly the constituted system was made to meet the function and control demands. Based on the above design ideas, the tile distributed manufacturing was used as system prototype, and then the equipment unit was chosen as dynamic control cell structure, and the whole system was constructed, and Matlab/stateflow was utilized to simulink the whole course of system constructure and running. The result of simulink tests the validity and feasibility of the new theory.
