Improving head protection for cyclists, motorcyclists, and car occupants

This paper reviews current concepts of brain injury as it occurs in road traffic crashes, and examines their application in providing improvements in protection against head injury for bicyclists, motorcyclists, and car occupants.RésuméDans cet article, on revoit les concepts actuels de la lésion cérébrale dans le contexte des accidents de la route, ainsi que l'application de ces concepts pour améliorer la protection contre les lésions crâniennes lors des accidents de la route des cyclistes, des motards et des occupants des voitures.
