Contact Percolation Process: Contact Process on a Destructed Lattice.

To know the effect of local destruction of habitat, we perform the contact process on a destructed lattice. This system exhibits a phase transition. It is found that the phase-transition point can be represented by a scaling law of mean-field theory. However, such a law never holds for steady-state density of species; this is because the local destruction leads to an increased fragmentation of habitat.
