The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, dissolving chitosan in an acetic acid solution, adding a calcium hydrate microcapsule preparation into the solution, and carrying out stirring at a rotation rate of 800-1200rpm for 8-12min, 2, dropwisely adding a NaOH solution with pH of 13.0 into the reaction system at a rate of 6mL/min, and simultaneously, carrying out mechanical stirring at a stirring rotation rate of 1000rpm, 3, stopping dropwise addition of the NaOH solution when pH of the reaction system is 10.0, and then carrying out mechanical stirring at a rotation rate of 1000rpm for 20min, and 4, stopping stirring, carrying out centrifugation, taking precipitates and carrying out freeze-drying. The calcium hydrate microcapsule has pH responsiveness, can release drugs in an inflammation acidic environment, reduces early stage burst release of the drugs and reduces local tissue damage caused by local pH burst increasing.
